Product Description
• Soft-side natural-colored polyethylene (HDPE) bottle with wide-mouth, squirt-top lid
• Includes a polycarbonate hinged mud cap which automatically shuts the pop-top nozzle when you swing it closed
• 63mm opening compatible with most water purifiers (bottle too large to fit in most bicycle racks)
• Too large for bike bottle cages
• Base comes in natural color with lids that come in assorted colors, no choice.
• Fits in the A131 Kinesis water bottle pouch or the side pockets on Kinesis long lens cases or Journeyman packs
• Unlike the polycarbonate model, this push-pull lid may leak, when inverted, after extended use (replacements are available)
My recommendation: My favorite “water only” bottle. The positive pop-up and down action of the lid is easier to use than the “cheapy” bike bottles found everywhere. For road cycling I remove the mud cap so I can use the bottles one-handed.
